Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Frost offers full-time and part-time employees three medical plans, two dental plans, and one vision plan to choose from, which are available on the first day of employment.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Employees can choose to participate in tax-advantaged flexible spending accounts to help save money on health expenses and dependent care.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
A HSA allows you to save for qualified expenses with tax advantages. HSA funds roll over year to year, can be invested, and can continue to grow even into retirement. Frost will contribute up to $1,200 to your HSA per year.
Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
This Frost funded account is used to pay for medical and prescription expenses first, helping you to also meet your deductible.

Frost promotes healthy and balanced lifestyles, supporting the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of our employees and their families.
Employee Assistance Program
The EAP offers confidential mental health and work/life support resources.
Frost provides full-time employees with life insurance in the amount of 2 times their eligible annual compensation, at no cost to the employee. Part-time employees receive $10,000 in life insurance.
Long Term Disability Insurance
Frost provides long term disability insurance to employees at no cost. Benefits are payable upon approval, after the employee has been unable to work for six months.
Short Term Disability
Frost provides a short term salary continuation plan to full time employees, at no cost to the employee.

Frost will reimburse employees up to $5,250 per calendar year for eligible tuition expenses.
Training Classes and Leadership Development
Frost offers many internal classes to assist employees in their personal and professional development.
Enrollment in the 401(k) is automatic and all contributions are immediately vested for both Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contribution options. Frost matches contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of eligible earnings.

Employees receive paid time off up to eleven declared holidays.
Employees receive up to 25 days of vacation per year based on their employment type and length of service. Full-time employees are granted 2 Personal Time Off days annually.
Employees receive up to 8 hours per month of sick time. Sick time can be accrued up to 6 months.
Frost gives full-time employees paid leave to care for their newborn or newly adopted child. Primary caregivers are eligible for 12 weeks of paid leave and secondary caregivers are eligible for 3 weeks.
Employees receive up to 3 days of time off to volunteer in their community.
Frost for Good
The Frost for Good volunteer group partners with community organizations to provide opportunities for all employees to share the Frost culture at volunteer events.
Referral Bonus Program
Employees who refer qualified hires will receive a minimum bonus of $1,000 for each hire that completes 90 days of service.
Employees are rewarded with Frost product discounts including bank accounts and auto loans. Employees also save $4,000 on mortgage closing costs. Other various discounts are available to Frost employees.
Tom Frost Scholarship
Frost awards multiple renewable college scholarships each year to the children of qualified employees.
For employees who work at our One Frost campus, Frost offers a range of amenities to enhance your on-the-job experience including a cafeteria, health center, fitness center, company store, outdoor walking and running trails, basketball court and patio seating with WIFI.
